Konnections supports children with disabilities and their families through a number of projects and schemes:
Under contract to Bracknell Forest Council, Konnections provides short breaks through Saturday Clubs and Holiday Schemes.
Konnections Mums is a support group run by mothers for mothers of children with special needs or disabilities which meets weekly on a Friday morning during term time.
It is a chance to meet and talk with other mothers and to hear from local professionals and agencies who come and take part.
A youth club for 16 to 25 year olds with disabilities on a Monday evening from 6.30pm - 8:15pm in our K2 building. The aim is that they get to hang out together, chill and have a good time while participating in an informal programme. The cost is £2.

Konnections manages an adapted static holiday caravan at Mudeford Quays in Dorset which is available to book for families from Bracknell Forest with children with disabilities.
Hilltop is a group for adults who have a learning disability and aims to provide an easy and accessible way for them and their carers to experience church. Click here to find out more.
