Money is a source of stress for many individuals, especially for those on a low income. The CAP Life Skills course focuses on the following areas: money, organisational skills, health and wellbeing and building healthy relationships. The course aims to teach people practical money saving techniques such as cooking on a budget and how to make money go further.
There is opportunity to engage in one to one coaching to help people achieve the goals they set themselves during the course. The course is a relaxed and informal way of helping people look at these issues whilst making new friends and sharing in some delicious snacks! ( Healthy of course!)
