Konnections supports children with disabilities and their families through a number of projects and schemes:
Under contract to Bracknell Forest Council, Konnections provides short breaks through Saturday Clubs and Holiday Schemes.
Kids runs at both Sunday morning services and enables children with disabilities to be included in Kids work and their parents to go to the main church. You will need to fill out some paperwork before dropping your child off for the first time so please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time.
Konnections Mums is a support group run by mothers for mothers of children with special needs or disabilities which meets weekly on a Friday morning during term time. It is a chance to meet and talk with other mothers and to occasionally hear from guest speakers.

Monday Night Youth has two different age groups 11 – 18 and 18 – 25 that run on alternate weeks for young people with disabilities on a Monday evening from 6.30pm - 8:15pm in our K2 building. The aim is that they get to hang out together, chill and have a good time while participating in an informal programme. The cost is £2. This club is run by parents & volunteers. Konnections manages an adapted static holiday caravan at Mudeford Quays in Dorset which is available to book for families from Bracknell Forest with children with disabilities.
