We currently have a vacancy for someone to join our Operations Team in the role of Human Resources and Safeguarding Administrator. It is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) working 2 days alongside the Safeguarding Officer ensuring the safer recruitment of our volunteers - including DBS checks and then 3 days in Human Resources with responsibility for the day to day administration of the department including recruitment and selection and employee records.
We are looking for someone who would like to pursue a career in HR and is prepared to learn and develop their skills under our HR and Safeguarding Leads; as such we would look to facilitate training in both aspects of the role. With a keen eye for detail and passionate about looking after our teams’ welfare, we need someone who can see a task through from initiation to completion, helping to serve the Office Team and the wider community.
