Change of Use and Fresh Paint
Pray for Change of Use
This Thursday, 30th September, we will hear from the council about whether we have had change of use granted for our Farnborough building. We submitted a planning application to convert the use of land and building on Industrial Road to a place of worship, changing the use from Class E (indoor recreation) to Class F.1 to permit us to use the venue as a place of worship. Please pray that this is successful and that we are granted permission for change of use ready for our proposed start date in November.
Stewardship
Many of you will know that Stewardship, an organisation that facilitates effective giving to charitable causes, helped us as lending partners in the purchase of our building. They wrote a story on our journey in purchasing the building. Do have a read of the feature.
Painting
On Sunday, we have begun to say goodbye to the multicoloured whizzy-world walls of our building and a team of volunteers painted an undercoat for the walls. To cover the damaged existing rainbow murals, we’ll need several coats of paint. There will be lots more opportunities to get involved in the renovations, but if you’re available on Sunday afternoons, please sign up here.
