H stands for Hospitable, we love to make sure you feel welcome.
O stands for Outstanding, as we give our best to our roles and create an outstanding environment for people to experience.
S stands for Spiritual, we’re not a social club, we’re passionate about people encountering Jesus.
T stands for Team, we’re at our best when we work alongside one another to get the job done!
To ensure a warm welcome for guests by offering a friendly greeting and acknowledging each guest as they enter and leave the building, and offering information and assistance where appropriate.
Welcome Team
To create a welcoming environment by providing hot and cold refreshments, whilst acknowledging & interacting with each person, as if they were a guest in your own home.
Drinks Team
To create a welcoming environment and excellent first impression to guests by offering a safe and easy parking experience with big smiles and a cheery wave.
Traffic Team
This role is key (and yes you get the keys!) to help our sites function safely and with all the rooms ready to go! If you are passionate about health and safety - this is the job for you!
Building Administrators
Some of our sites have a specialist team ready to welcome newcomers and help them find their feet. we also run new to Kerith Events to help them find out more about the life of the church.
