In 2025 Wildfires will be taking place from 24th July to 27th July on the Wiston Estate in West Sussex.
What is Wildfires? A festival where friends from different streams, churches and communities come together to seek God and fan into flame the next Great Awakening.
Kerith has been part of the adventure from day one - we love the vibe, the tangible presence of God and the camping together..
All the information about the event can be found on the Wildfires website.
As a church, we are grouped together with other churches part of the 24/7 Prayer Communities Network, onsite with a large community ‘Village Tent’ so we get to hang out, share meals and spend time together as well as go along to all the brilliant Big Top sessions for worship and teaching. There are great Kids and Youth content throughout the event as well as seminars (Labs) for adults in the afternoons, so there's something for all the family.
To find out more about the Kerith experience you can join the Kerith Wildfires Facebook Group for updates and chat during the lead-up to the festival.

Financial Support
The Celebration Fund is a fund enabling people to access annual events such as Wildfires, visit the link below if you would like to support others in attending Wildfires and other events throughout the year.
Village Life at Wildfires.
The Village Life of Wildfires centres around our large Village Tent. A significant part of the experience is eating breakfast and/or dinner together in the Village Tent. It takes a community of people giving of their time to help the Village Tent function, from serving food, to preparing the firepit in the evening, to welcoming people as they arrive. If you would like to purchase meal tickets and/or are willing to volunteer in some way, you will be able to do that soon via a link that will be shown on this webpage.
The ticket prices are mentioned below. We have not yet confirmed the food schedule and menu, but the 2024 details are shown for reference.

FAQs
Please be aware that the below FAQs were relevant for 2023, and are subject to change for 2024 currently.
-
Yes! Gazebos are allowed on site but they need to be good quality ones and securely tied down so they can cope in all weather. Every gazebo on site will be checked by H&S and taken down if it is not secured to the ground sufficiently. Please be aware of other campers when setting up, as we seek to accommodate many tents in a limited space.
-
Yes, Kerith will purchase a few trollies for the week that we can share (otherwise you usually have to pay around £5 per half hour from Wildfires for a trolley). When you arrive come and find a Kerith welcomer at the ticket booth or at the Village Tent, and we can make a plan to help you get your stuff on site. Bear in mind that depending on where the Kerith camping site is located, it could be a walk of around 10 minutes to get to our site from the car park.
-
Yes - all those from Kerith (and other 24/7 Network communities) camp surrounding our large white ‘Village Tent’. And yes, you can camp next to your friends, but it is a first come first pitch basis - we can’t save spaces. So plan to arrive with the people you want to camp with if you can.
-
Yes- you can sign up to have breakfast and dinners cooked by Kerith (you will need to pre-purchase your meal tickets - which will be available to purchase soon). For lunchtime there is a village shop ( for basics) and food vans to purchase food across the day.
-
For those booked in through Kerith mainland sites, we can take your tent only in a lorry to Wildfires. We can’t take any other belongings sadly due to space, and to enable everybody the chance to have their tent taken. More details on this will be sent out to those booked into Wildfires before the event.
-
We don’t want finances to stop anybody from attending Wildfires and can offer the following options for those wanting financial support:
1. You could attend for just one day - details of booking in for this will be available soon.
2. Apply to be a volunteer with Wildfires by clicking here and you can save money on your ticket (or even get in for free).
3. Apply for a bursary ticket directly from Wildfires by clicking here4. If you would like to request further financial support to attend, contact your Site Pastor directly.

For those with dietary requirements and wanting to eat Breakfast and/or Dinner with the Village Tent Community, when you pay for your meal ticket(s) you can tick the ‘dietary requirements’ box. There will be Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available. If you have other dietary needs and would like to eat the meals at the Village Tent, please contact wildifres@kerith.church.
If you are making your own arrangements for food at Wildfires, there are various food vans and stalls catering for all kinds of dietary requirements, as well as an on site ‘essentials’ shop.
