Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group
A Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group is run in a peer mentoring style where we will be sharing and exploring together a new topic each week including Honesty, Anxiety, Depression, Shame, Anger, Disappointment and Loss, Perfectionism, Forgiveness, Self-acceptance, Healthy Relationships and Resilience.
“Life before kintsugi hope was tough, experiencing different emotions and not reaching out because I didn’t want to be a burden but doing the course highlighted that we all go through these emotions, some greater than others but we all get it and it’s ok not to be ok!
I started out as a non-speaking member of the group but the leaders were amazing, it was a safe place with no judgement, I ended up feeling relaxed & happy to share.Having done this course I gained the courage to go on to do other courses too.
