Kintsugi Hope wellbeing group

Small groups offer the opportunity to meet regularly in person or online with a group of up to 12 people. Our groups follow the school term and cover a range of topics from short courses, Bible study, interest groups, or prayer and fellowship groups. You can find out more on the Kerith website, including getting in touch about leading a group.

The next season of small groups start after Easter, but one Farnborough group is kicking off in a few weeks.

Our Kintsugi Hope wellbeing group is a safe and supportive space for people who feel or have felt overwhelmed. We will explore a different topic each week including anxiety, shame, perfectionism and resilience.

'Kintsugi' is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with seams of gold. When brokenness is repaired, the object becomes more beautiful and unique than it was before. Instead of hiding the scars, it makes a feature of them.

Come and join us as we journey together for 12 weeks to explore how to maintain positive mental and emotional wellbeing in the midst of our busy lives. The group will meet at Kerith Farnborough, every Thursday at 7.30pm, starting on Thursday 13 April.

Sign up to be part of the course on the Kerith website, or speak to one of the team on Sunday to find out more.
