Support for the whole family
Something for everyone
Family can be one of the best support networks in good times and the bad. But what if your family is in need of some extra support themselves? If you’re a parent, guardian or family member who is looking for help for the children or youth in your care, then this is the place for you. From kids and youth groups, to additional needs support, early intervention programmes and courses, we’re here to help your family thrive.
Early Intervention
Our Families team partner with Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) to run their Early Intervention programme in local primary schools. TLG supports children who are struggling with social, behavioural or emotional difficulties, to reduce the child’s felt anxieties, while increasing their confidence with relationships, schooling and more. Learn more about the work of Transforming Lives for Good through Kerith and how it might be able to support the children in your care.
Fostering & Adoption
Becoming a foster parent or undergoing the adoption process can be a real challenge. Alongside the team at Home for Good, we have been facilitating the conversation around fostering and adoption for many years and have built a vibrant community of families with shared experiences. If fostering or adoption is something you are considering, or you have already had a child placed into your care, we would love to connect with you.
Sunday Services
On a Sunday, we create spaces where young people can enjoy all that church has to offer. Every Kerith site has groups for babies, toddlers, children and youth, offering a place for children to learn about their own relationship with Jesus and the love God has for them, while the adults can join the adult meeting.
Babies & Toddlers
We are passionate about babies & toddlers being in environments where they learn about Jesus and God’s love for them. On Sundays, we have groups where they can enjoy free play, arts & crafts, hear Bible stories and sing songs. We also run groups during the week where parents and carers can meet others in the same life stage.
Children
At Kerith we are passionate about children encountering Jesus, on a Sunday and beyond. Our dedicated team uses their creativity to enable children to explore their relationship with God through crafts, games, teaching times, worship and friendship. Explore what groups are available for children in our local communities.
Youth
We want to make church a place that young people can enjoy, learn about God and see their lives transformed by the love of Jesus. We run youth groups across all our different church sites for or school years 7-13, on some Friday and Sunday evenings, depending on where you live.
