Do you need help with a relationship?

Strengthening your relationship with God and with people

Every relationship in your life is individual to you. We can’t tell you how to live your life, but we can share guidance from the resources and teaching we have on offer to help you as you navigate your relationships with others and with God.

Mental Health

Is your mental health affecting your relationships with other people, God, or even yourself? We know that looking for advice can be overwhelming. Which is why we run courses and signpost people to trusted resources to help them understand and improve their mental health.

Family

Family can be one of the best support networks in good times and the bad. But what about if your family is in need of support? If you’re a parent, guardian or family member who is looking for support with relationships with the children or youth in your care, then this is the place for you.

Prayer

Christians believe in giving our problems to God – no matter how big or small – and trusting that he will give us what we need, even if it’s in a way we least expect. Whether you believe in our God or not, we believe that prayer makes a real difference in people’s lives and our dedicated prayer team would love to pray for you and your situation today.

Courses

Kerith runs courses to equip you and help you understand the different stages of life. We run courses like Alpha, which builds your own relationship with God. We have courses on marriage, on parenting, on bereavement, depression and managing money. No matter what situation you might be facing, we hope to serve you with the tools and support to help you navigate your circumstances.

Other places to look for help…
